VESYNC (02148.HK): Expected to delist from stock market on May 7th.

Zhitong Finance APP News, VESYNC (02148.HK) issued an announcement that the company has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in accordance with Rule 6.15(2) of the listing rules, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has approved the delisting of the company's shares from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The delisting will take effect at 4 pm on May 7, 2025, but it must be implemented after the agreement arrangements are in place.
