Greg Guyett, co-head of the global investment banking division at HSBC Holdings, will leave the British bank in the coming months, becoming another high-ranking executive to depart after the bank's comprehensive restructuring. According to a memo obtained by Bloomberg, the former J.P. Morgan banker will leave HSBC at the end of July and then join the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as Deputy President and Head of Client Services Group. In another statement, EBRD President Odile Renaud-Basso welcomed Guyett's arrival, stating that he will bring "rich experience and expertise" to his new position in the public sector.
