In April, the number of second-hand residential properties signed in Guangzhou remained above 10,000, with the number of signings and area increasing significantly by 12.97% and 17.10% respectively compared to the same period last year. Looking at the administrative districts, most areas of Guangzhou saw a significant increase in the number of signings year on year. Among them, Nansha District leads with a year-on-year increase of 37.77%. Baiyun District, Liwan District, and Haizhu District are also quite active, with year-on-year growth of over 20%. Tianhe District, Zengcheng District, and Conghua District saw year-on-year growth of over 10%.
