Wuhan has listed 7 residential land parcels for sale, with a starting total price of 2.7 billion yuan.

On April 30th, the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Urban Planning announced the list of planned land supply projects for 2025. The fifth batch of the list includes 7 residential land parcels located in the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Wuchang District, Qiaokou District, and Huangpi District, with a total land area of approximately 178,000 square meters and a starting price of 2.70192 billion yuan. The land will be auctioned off on May 21st.
