During his testimony in federal court, Google CEO Sundar Pichai warned that the U.S. government's proposal to break up the Chrome browser would severely harm innovation. Following testimony from Google Chrome browser manager Parisa Tabriz, Pichai appeared as the company's second witness in an attempt to prevent the U.S. government from putting forward the aforementioned radical proposal.
