Meilan Airport (00357.HK) will change hands to Hainan Airport (600515.SH), with the intention of a premium of approximately 10.63% to take full control of the tender offer.

Zhitan Finance and Economics APP News, Meilan Airport (00357.HK), the domestic offeror of Hainan Airport Facilities Co., Ltd. and the H-share offeror of Hainan Airport Facilities (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. jointly announced that on April 30, 2025, Haikou Meilan International Airport Co., Ltd. (the seller) and the domestic offeror entered into a share transfer agreement. According to the share transfer agreement, the domestic offeror has conditionally agreed to purchase and sell shares from the seller, accounting for approximately 50.19% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this joint announcement, at a total price of approximately 2.339 billion RMB, equivalent to 9.85 RMB per share (10.62 Hong Kong dollars) per share.
