China New Consumption Group (08275.HK) and Azure Tower Financial have signed a supplementary loan agreement.

Wisdom Finance APP News, China New Consumption Group (08275.HK) announced that on April 30, 2025, the lender (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Jinshi Credit Limited) and the borrower (Ashet Lang Financial Holdings Limited) entered into a supplementary loan agreement. According to this agreement, both the lender and the borrower agreed to increase the loan amount from 10 million Hong Kong dollars to 15 million Hong Kong dollars for a period of 12 months.
