Hainan Airport (600515.SH) plans to acquire majority of shares in Meilan Airport (00357.HK) to further focus on the airport business.

Zhixun Finance APP News, Hainan Airport (600515.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire 2.375 billion shares of Hainan Meilan International Airport Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Meilan Airport" or "target company") held by its related party Haikou Meilan International Airport Limited Liability Company ("Meilan Limited") with its own and/or self-raised funds. The transaction price is RMB 2.339 billion, equivalent to RMB 9.85 per share.
