Zijin Mining (02899) plans to spin off Zijin Gold International and list it on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Zijin Mining Industry (02899) announced on the Wisdom Financial APP that it will accelerate the internationalization process of the company's gold sector and create a globally leading international gold-listed company. Zijin Mining Industry plans to reorganize its overseas gold mining assets to its wholly-owned subsidiary Zijin Gold International Company Limited in Hong Kong, and apply for the spin-off listing of Zijin Gold International on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
