Before the reduction, CITIC Securities Investment held 16,781,081 shares of China Gold, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction plan was to reduce no more than 16,781,081 shares, or 1% of the total share capital of the company, through centralized bidding. The actual reduction amount was 2,861,700 shares, accounting for 0.17% of the total share capital of the company, which did not meet the original reduction plan. The reduction price range was 9.00 to 9.14 yuan per share, with a total reduction amount of 25,857,274.00 yuan. Currently, CITIC Securities Investment holds 13,919,381 shares of China Gold, accounting for 0.83% of the total share capital of the company.
