On April 30th, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued a regulatory letter to Ridar Futures. According to the regulatory letter, the accounting of the company's subsidiary, Ridar Xin Kong Capital Management Co., Ltd., was not standardized. In previous years, some of the trade-related business income recognition did not comply with the provisions of Enterprise Accounting Standard No. 14 - Revenue Standard, resulting in inaccurate financial data disclosed in the company's annual reports for the relevant years. The company has corrected the accounting errors in the previous period. The above-mentioned actions of the company violate relevant regulations. The Chairman of the company, Lin Zhibin, the General Manager, Ge Chang, the Chief Financial Officer, Zeng Yonghong, and the Chief Risk Officer, Yang Mingdong, failed to fulfill their duties faithfully and diligently, violating relevant regulations.
