The redemption standards for housing consumption vouchers are as follows: for newly-built residential properties with a purchase area of less than 90 square meters, 2,000 yuan per set can be redeemed; for properties with an area of 90 square meters to 144 square meters, 3,000 yuan per set can be redeemed; for properties with an area of more than 144 square meters, 4,000 yuan per set can be redeemed.
