On April 30, Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd. announced that, at the 15th meeting of the seventh board of directors on April 24, 2025, General Manager Luo Shuiquan no longer holds the position of General Manager due to work adjustment. To ensure the continued effective operation of the company, the board of directors appointed Chairman Huang Yong to concurrently serve as Acting General Manager, exercising the powers of the General Manager temporarily.
