Wisdom Finance APP news, Firstlink Holdings (00697.HK) announced that, effective from the end of the 2025 shareholder anniversary meeting: Xu Liang has resigned from the position of executive director; Cai Fenqiang has resigned from the position of independent non-executive director and no longer serves as a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee; and Deng Yougao has resigned from the position of independent non-executive director and no longer serves as a member of the audit committee and the nomination committee.
