Goldman Sachs: Hedge funds have sold European stocks at the highest level in a decade over the past two months.
A report by Goldman Sachs showed that hedge funds sold European stocks at the highest level in 10 years during March and April. European stock investors have been scared by the "double blow" of Trump's trade policy and the strong Euro. The report released by Goldman Sachs last week pointed out that hedge funds have been withdrawing from long positions that were originally expected to rise in price over the past two months. They have also increased short trades anticipating a drop in European assets.
