Weili: Signs cooperation agreement with Mountain Eagle Paper Industry for biogas purification project.

On the evening of April 30th, Weirli announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Weirli Bioenergy had signed a cooperation agreement with Suzhou Shanying Paper Co., Ltd. for the "Biogas Purification Project". According to the agreement, Weirli Bioenergy will invest in the construction and operation of the biogas purification project within the Suzhou Shanying Paper Co., Ltd. factory area, using its land. The project will receive the biogas resources generated in the Suzhou Shanying Paper Co., Ltd. factory, purify them, and sell them as bio-natural gas into the gas pipeline network. The project will operate for 10 years, with construction planned in two phases. According to calculations, the project is expected to generate sales revenue exceeding 47 million yuan annually in the first two phases, with a total estimated revenue of over 470 million yuan over the 10-year operating period.
