Sam's Club will suspend its Hong Kong cross-border direct mail service on April 30, 2025. Sam's Club stated that after a period of trial operation, the Hong Kong cross-border direct mail service has not yet met Sam's service standards, and we are still actively exploring optimization solutions. In order to protect service quality and member experience, after careful consideration, this service will be suspended on April 30, 2025.
