In response to the major fire accident at a restaurant in Liaoyang, Liaoning, Ping An Property Insurance has completed a compensation of 1.24 million yuan.

On April 29th at 12:25, a fire broke out in a restaurant near the three Li Zhuang resettlement building in Baita District, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province. As of 2pm that day, the accident had resulted in 22 deaths and 3 injuries. On April 30th, a reporter from Beijing Business Daily learned that after the disaster, Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance quickly responded and made efforts to handle disaster response and claims. As of 4pm on April 30th, Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance had completed claims totaling 1.24 million yuan, including 1 million yuan in public liability insurance claims and 240,000 yuan in car insurance claims.
