North Technology: Controlling shareholder pledges 1.97 million shares

North Technology announced that Mr. Jin Xiaotang, one of the controlling shareholders and actual controllers, holds 27.7488 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.20% of the total share capital. After this pledge, Mr. Jin Xiaotang has pledged a total of 1.97 million shares, accounting for 7.10% of his holding, and 0.58% of the total share capital of the company. Mr. Jin Kun, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, and his concerted action person, Mr. Jin Xiaotang, together hold 135 million shares of the company, accounting for 39.77% of the total share capital. After this pledge, Mr. Jin Kun and his concerted action person, Mr. Jin Xiaotang, have pledged a total of 24.97 million shares of the company, accounting for 18.55% of the total shares they hold and 7.38% of the total share capital of the company.
