Wanhua Chemical and Kuwait Petrochemical Industries Company sign joint venture agreement

According to an announcement from Wanhua Chemical, on April 25, Wanhua Chemical officially signed a joint venture agreement with Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) of Kuwait, with PIC investing $638 million to subscribe for a 25% stake in Wanhua Chemical's wholly-owned subsidiary Wanhua Chemical Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Prior to the signing of the agreement, PIC successfully completed the delisting process on April 22, 2025 at the Shandong Province Joint Property Trading Center.
