Baoti Group announced on April 30 that Chen Zhanqian, director, general manager, and chief engineer of the company, applied to resign from the positions of general manager and chief engineer of the company due to work changes, and will continue to serve as a director of the company after resignation. Chen Zhanqian's resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors.
