European stocks opened higher.

The German DAX30 index rose by 0.24%, the UK FTSE 100 index rose by 0.18%, the French CAC40 index rose by 0.13%, the European Stoxx 50 index rose by 0.22%, the Spanish IBEX35 index fell by 0.09%, and the Italian FTSE MIB index rose by 0.46%.
