The U.S. ITC issues final ruling on Section 337 investigation of smart TVs.

On April 29, 2025, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced that it has made a final ruling on certain smart TVs in Section 337: the Administrative Law Judge's initial ruling on April 7, 2025 will not be reviewed, as the applicant has withdrawn, ending the investigation into all claims of U.S. Patent No. 11,924,502 in this case.
