WASU Media: Independent Director Yao Zheng Resigns

(Hua Shu Media) announcement: The company's board of directors has received the written resignation report from independent director Yao Zheng. Yao Zheng resigned from all positions and will no longer hold any positions in the company as he has served as an independent director for six consecutive years, in accordance with regulatory requirements. Yao Zheng does not hold any company shares. His resignation will result in the number of independent directors being less than one-third, with less than half of the independent directors in the relevant committees and a lack of accounting professionals. The resignation will take effect after new independent directors are elected at the shareholders' meeting, and Yao Zheng will continue to fulfill his duties during this period. The board of directors will complete the by-election process as soon as possible.
