An explosion occurred in a residential area in Taiyuan, Shanxi, creating a large amount of thick smoke at the scene.

Around 13:17 on April 30th, an explosion occurred in a residential area near Guangming Road in Xiaodian District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. The scene produced a large amount of thick smoke, and surrounding buildings had shattered glass. Currently, the extent of casualties is unknown, and reporters are on their way to the scene.
