According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Liaoning Province Yue Investment Construction Development Co., Ltd. was established with Wang Yongxu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 41 million yuan. Its business scope includes construction engineering, geological disaster control engineering construction, building labor subcontracting, residential interior decoration and renovation, etc. The equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Guangdong Construction Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Hydroelectric Second Bureau Group Co., Ltd.
