Wind data shows that as of 9 pm on April 29, a total of 5304 A-share listed companies have released their annual reports for 2024, with over 3600 of them disclosing cash dividend plans, accounting for nearly 70% of the total number of companies that have published annual reports. The total amount of annual cash dividends reaches a staggering 2.3 trillion yuan, breaking historical records and surpassing the 2 trillion yuan mark for the third consecutive year. Across different types of enterprises, central-owned enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises are all "dancing on the same stage," actively repaying shareholders by increasing dividend amounts and proportions. Blue-chip companies in the market consistently distribute over a hundred billion yuan in dividends every year, becoming the pillar of cash dividends in the A-share market.
