The main contract for WTI crude oil futures fell by 3%, with the July contract dropping below $59.60.

In the closing of New York on Tuesday, WTI crude oil futures fell by 3.03% to $60.17 per barrel, fluctuating steadily and smoothly throughout the day. The July contract fell by over 2.80%, hitting a low of $59.57, breaking through the psychological barrier of $60 at 22:26 Beijing time. Brent crude oil futures also fell by 2.76% to $63.00. NYMEX natural gas futures rose by 1.23% to $3.384 per million British thermal units.
