The revenue for the third quarter was $2.16 billion, slightly higher than analysts' expectations of $2.13 billion. The company is forecasting revenue of $2.4 billion for the fourth quarter, plus or minus $150 million. Seagate Technology's stock rose 5.39% in after-hours trading.
