Henan issues blue alert for strong winds.

Henan Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a blue alert for strong winds at 17:00 on the 29th: Affected by cold air, it is expected that from 8:00 on April 30th to 8:00 on May 1st, most of the province will experience a west or southwest wind turning to a northwest wind of level 4 to 5, with gusts of level 6 to 7. In some counties north of the Yellow River, as well as Sanmenxia, Luoyang, Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Shangqiu, Zhoukou, the northern part of Pingdingshan, the northern part of Xuchang, and the northeastern part of Zhumadian, gusts may reach level 8 to 9, with some areas reaching level 10 to 11, accompanied by blowing sand or dust.
