The State Administration for Market Regulation held a special news conference to report on the intellectual property law enforcement situation in 2024. Ji Xiaoling, a market inspection commissioner of the State Administration for Market Regulation, stated at the conference that in 2025, they will further refine action measures, focus on assisting in expanding domestic demand, supporting high-level opening-up to the outside world, promoting the development of private economy, serving rural revitalization, ensuring the transformation and utilization of intellectual property rights, supporting the construction of a modern industrial system, and other key tasks. They will deepen special law enforcement actions from the aspects of system construction, efficiency improvement, and standardized law enforcement, leverage the advantages of system integration, strengthen the modernization of the intellectual property law enforcement system and capabilities, and provide solid guarantees for high-quality development.
