Seeking alternative sources of American intelligence, Ukrainian military signs satellite data agreement with Japan.

According to the Russian "Izvestia" website on April 27th, Japan's QPS Research Institute signed an agreement with the Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense to provide satellite reconnaissance information. The Ukrainian armed forces are actively seeking alternative sources of intelligence data from the United States. QPS Research Institute is a Japanese satellite manufacturing company, currently owning five satellites in orbit, with plans to launch two more in the near future.
