Strengthening the reserve of pilot platforms in the manufacturing industry, optimizing the key directions and construction paths of pilot platforms, updating the "Guidelines for the Construction of Manufacturing Pilot Platforms" and the "Key Points for the Construction of Manufacturing Pilot Platforms", guiding local areas to focus on key areas, and flexibly and reasonably layout pilot platforms according to local conditions. Improve the mechanism for the gradual cultivation of pilot platforms, select a group of key pilot platforms for cultivation, and promote pilot platforms with conditions to move towards a higher level of development.
