Jiangsu: Promote more than 10,000 large-scale industrial enterprises to develop basic level smart factory construction.

The General Office of the Jiangsu Provincial Government has issued a notice on the implementation of the "Quality Jiangsu" construction action plan, which proposes enhancing new momentum for quality development. It aims to promote the construction of basic-level smart factories for over 10,000 scale industrial enterprises, advanced-level smart factories for over 2,000 scale enterprises, and cultivate a group of national excellent and leading smart factories. It also promotes the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in a layered and graded manner, striving for a digital transformation coverage rate of 30% or above for innovative small and medium-sized enterprises. It improves mechanisms to promote the development and growth of specialized new enterprises, cultivating and certifying around 1,500 provincial specialized new small and medium-sized enterprises. It establishes quality innovation alliances in key industries such as the integrated circuit and power battery chains, and collaborates on quality comparison and quality breakthroughs. It promotes the development of high-value patents, particularly implementing a number of high-value patent cultivation projects.
