The New South Wales Building Association of Australia is negotiating cooperation with the Chinese Real Estate Association.
According to the China Real Estate Industry Association, on the afternoon of April 26, the Australian New South Wales Builders Association visited the China Real Estate Association. President Chen Yiming, Vice President Wang Huimin, and four member units, Beixin Building Materials, Yuanda Zhumuju, Grammy Group, and Craftsmen Technology, participated in the discussion. During the discussion, both parties introduced their respective concerns. The Australian side emphasized the current housing construction needs in Australia, especially in New South Wales, as well as the three key issues that the domestic construction and component industry faces when entering the local market: Australian standard certification, sales channels, and localization planning. President Chen Yiming pointed out that this discussion should be seen as an important opportunity for both China and Australia to further strengthen communication and cooperate deeply in various aspects such as prefabricated construction and construction technology, building material standard certification, and market channel expansion. The China Real Estate Association will actively act as a bridge and link, promote member companies to connect with the Australian side, and help Chinese companies expand into the Australian market.
