Shrek: Subsidiary Signed Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Hefei International

The announcement from SLK stated that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SLK Robotics, has signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Shanghai Lingang Hefu International Robot Industry Co., Ltd. Hefu International has decided to entrust SLK Robotics with the completion of key components and supporting technical software for photovoltaic installation robots.
