At the performance interpretation meeting, Nanshan Zhishang stated that the company's new materials business is gradually becoming the core engine of performance growth, with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers being continuously produced and having new applications in robot tendon ropes. Thanks to the product performance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber materials, they are expected to become key materials for the development of humanoid robot technology. In terms of tendon rope product development, the company has iterated on 3 versions, covering a variety of applications such as the nimble hands, arms, and thighs of robots. At the same time, breakthroughs have been made in key technologies such as anti-creep and flame retardancy around ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers. The company's independently developed "anti-creep spinning solution preparation method" fills a domestic gap and significantly reduces creep performance indicators during fiber use.
