On the evening of April 28th, Yangtze Securities disclosed its 2024 annual report. The annual report shows that the company achieved a total operating income of 6.795 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.46%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 1.835 billion yuan, an increase of 18.52% year-on-year. As of the end of the reporting period, Yangtze Securities' total assets were 171.772 billion yuan, an increase of 0.61% from the beginning of the year; net assets were 39.2 billion yuan, an increase of 13.09% from the beginning of the year. On the same day, Yangtze Securities also disclosed its first quarter report for 2025, showing significant year-on-year growth in operating income and net profit. In the first quarter, Yangtze Securities achieved operating income of 2.514 billion yuan, an increase of 88.81% year-on-year; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 979 million yuan, an increase of 143.76% year-on-year.
