National Bureau of Statistics: In the first quarter, the operating income of cultural and related industries enterprises above a certain scale nationwide increased by 6.2%.

Wisdom Financial APP learned that, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, a survey of 80,000 cultural and related industry enterprises (referred to as "cultural enterprises" below) across the country, in the first quarter of 2025, cultural enterprises achieved operating income of 3.3939 trillion yuan, calculated on a comparable basis, an increase of 6.2% from the same period last year. Among them, 16 sub-categories of industries with prominent characteristics of new cultural formats achieved operating income of 1.4846 trillion yuan, an increase of 12.5% from the same period last year, faster than all scale above cultural enterprises by 6.3 percentage points.
