New chairman of Guokai Securities is determined, Wang Haihe officially takes office.

On the evening of April 28, Guohai Securities announced that the board of directors elected Wang Haihe as the Chairman of the Tenth Board of Directors and the legal representative of the company. Earlier, He Chunmei resigned as Chairman and related positions due to a job transfer. According to his resume, Wang Haihe was born in February 1979 and has served in various positions at the Guangxi Branch of the China Development Bank, the Office of the China Development Bank, and the Risk Management Bureau. He has held managerial positions in risk control, legal affairs, inspection, and coordination at Guotou Group. He has also served as Chairman of Guangxi Jin Kong Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Chairman of National Wealth Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Since April 2025, he has been serving as the Secretary of the Party Committee of Guohai Securities.
