Portugal's nationwide blackout that occurred earlier on the 28th is gradually being resolved, with about one-third of the country's users having their power restored by that evening. Prime Minister Monteiro stated that power supply will be fully restored nationwide in the coming hours. According to reports from Portugal's national energy grid company, as of 9:30 pm, power has been restored to over 2 million users, approximately one-third of the country's total electricity users. Power restoration will continue as planned from north to south, with most areas in the north such as Porto and the capital Lisbon already having their power restored, and airports have resumed operations.
