Wisdom Finance APP news, Luzhou Bank (01983.HK) announced that the bank received the "Reply of Sichuan Financial Regulatory Bureau on the Qualifications of Fan Jingdong, Independent Director of Luzhou Bank Co., Ltd." (No. [2025]87) issued by the Sichuan Regulatory Bureau of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on April 28, 2025. According to relevant regulations, Sichuan Financial Regulatory Bureau has approved the qualification of Mr. Fan Jingdong as an independent director, and his term of office will take effect from April 27, 2025. Mr. Fan Jingdong's term as a member of the Board's Consumer Rights Protection Committee also takes effect from the same day.
