A residential land development project in Baoan District, Shenzhen has been suspended, with a starting price of 8.627 billion yuan.

Shenzhen issued a supplementary announcement on the sale of state-owned construction land use rights. The A002-0060 plot in Baoan District, originally scheduled to be auctioned on April 30, has now had its auction process suspended according to the notice. According to the original auction information, the A002-0060 plot is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Jia'an South Road and Jinke Road in the Xinan Street of Baoan District. It has a land area of 47,546.92 square meters, a building area of 271,000 square meters, and is designated for commercial and residential use. The starting price of the plot is 8.627 billion yuan.
