Wangbian Electrical announced on the evening of April 28th that the company's controlling shareholders Yang Zemin, Qin Huilan, Yang Qin, and Yang Yao voluntarily committed not to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding or block trading on the secondary market within 12 months starting from April 28, 2025.
