Shanghai Electric signs comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Foshan Municipal Government.

On the morning of April 27th, the People's Government of Foshan City and Shanghai Electric Group signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will carry out comprehensive strategic cooperation in the areas of power transmission and distribution equipment industrial park, green low-carbon, intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation, smart cities and green infrastructure, and environmental governance projects. According to the agreement, the two parties will conduct strategic cooperation guided by the "Dual Carbon" strategy, and follow the principles of "complementary advantages, mutual benefit, comprehensive cooperation, and common development". Foshan City will provide support for cooperation between the two parties on the basis of market principles. Shanghai Electric Group will focus on Foshan City's long-term development goals, promote the implementation of an innovative industrial ecological chain, deepen innovation cooperation with Foshan's government, industry, academia and research institutions, and help Foshan City achieve high-quality development.
