Due to personal reasons, Yuan Honglin has applied to the board of directors to resign from the positions of chairman, non-executive director, and member of the board's special committees. His resignation will take effect at the time when the resolution to appoint relevant directors is approved at the shareholders' meeting; before his resignation takes effect, Yuan Honglin will continue to perform the duties of the aforementioned positions.
