McDonald's applies for trademark registration in Russia.

The American restaurant chain company McDonald's has applied to register its trademark with the Russian Federal Intellectual Property Office. The application is now in the review stage. Documents show that the application was submitted as early as December 2024, but was not published until 2025. The application is currently under consideration as of April. A statement noted: "McDonald's also issued a letter regarding whether the list of goods and services complies with the 'Guidelines' requirements."
