Entering April, the various colors of flowers blooming one after another will adorn Shenyang as the "Flower City". This spring, "traveling to chase the blooming flowers" has become a new trend in Shenyang's cultural tourism. Combining with the blooming period, the Shenyang Imperial Palace has launched spring-themed cultural and creative products such as "Golden and Jade Mural Fridge Magnets" and "Shenyang Imperial Palace Spring Appreciation Drama Fridge Magnets", inspired by the magnolia in front of the Nine Rooms Hall and incorporating architectural elements of the Shenyang Imperial Palace such as the Grand Council Hall and the stage, incorporating the returning swallows of the spring migration. The spring scenery of the Shenyang Imperial Palace is transformed into touchable and interactive cultural symbols, making the cultural and creative products more meaningful. Recently, Ctrip released a "May Day" travel forecast report, showing that the tourism market in Shenyang during the "May Day" holiday is booming, with a 32% year-on-year increase in flight ticket orders. Leading up to the upcoming "May Day" holiday, Shenyang has organized and planned four major themes with over 200 cultural, sports, and tourism activities, bringing vitality to not only flower viewing but also to dining, accommodation, outdoor sports, leisure camping, cultural and creative design, and many other fields.
