Chinatop Finance APP News, Lu Kang Bio (002868.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Shanghai Kangyi Investment Co., Ltd., shareholders Hangzhou Yirui Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Shangrao Changxin No. 2 Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership), Hangzhou Haoying Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Fujian Zongteng Network Co., Ltd. signed the "Share Transfer Agreement" and other related documents. After the completion of this share transfer, Zongteng Network will hold 46.6084 million shares of the listed company, accounting for 29.99% of the total share capital of the company. The company's controlling shareholder will be changed from Kangyi Investment to Zongteng Network, and the actual controller will be changed from Lai Tanping to Wang Zuan. The company will resume trading from Monday, April 28, 2025.
