Haikou Customs revealed on the 25th that as of April 20th, the implementation of the Hainan off-shore duty-free policy has reached 14 years. The cumulative off-shore duty-free shopping amount has exceeded 253 billion yuan, with over 46 million shoppers and more than 320 million purchases.
